Badong was inducted into the Hall of Fame of the Creative Guild of the Philippines in 2010, and was part of the team that won the Philippines its first APAC Effies metal in 2016.

He was named by Campaign Brief Asia as one of the ’Top 10 Most Awarded Creative Leaders in Asia’ in 2021, and the 'Philippines' Most Awarded Creative Director' in 2023.

Badong was included in 2021 by Adweek in its ‘Creative 100' list—an annual celebration of the world’s top creative professionals, icons, and game changers.

Herbert was a Creative Director at Y&R Philippines. He won multiple awards at Cannes and Spikes.

He is recognized by multiple international award shows, and also judged at New York Festivals.

He was Part of Campaign Asia’s 40 under 40' 2020 list, and Adweek’s Creative 100 in 2021.

After hours, he plays guitars for the bands Moonstar88 and 6cyclemind.

Jake has over 20 years of marketing experience. He Began at Hemisphere-Leo Burnett, handling Lucky Me!, among other accounts.

He joined J. Walter Thompson as Group Account Director and helped make Red Horse Beer the #1 beer brand in the Philippines.

Plucked back by Leo Burnett, he grew Marlboro to be its most profitable account.

Jake was Chief Operating Officer for Cheil Philippines’ biggest client, Samsung, before joining GIGIL.
